Calving Cameras

Easycam Calving Cameras have Basically 2 Options, where either option can be tailored for each individual customer. Either system can be cabled or wireless and add on additional Cameras (fixed or rotating) where required. All our Calving systems come with full installation instructions and details on the app we use, and how to top up your modem if needed.

OPTION 1: MODEM SYSTEM

The Calving camera with the modem uses mobile broadband for internet. This is normally set up on a ‘pay as you go system ‘for internet which means you only have to keep the modem topped up with credit (€20/month)for the months you are calving, and you can leave it off for the months you don’t need it.

This System comes with:

Rotating camera and modem (pre-loaded with 1 months credit)
Waterproof box for modem
Full instructions for installation, and setting app and controlling camera on your mobile device.

OPTION 2: AERIAL SYSTEM

The Calving system with the aerials uses the existing internet in the house for Broadband. The broadband needs to be fixed (eg.router)and needs an upload speed of minimum 1mb.

The aerial on the house is cabled to the router while the other aerial on shed (line of site) is cabled to the camera.

This system comes with:

Rotating camera
Internet aerials Transmitter and Receiver with Brackets
All cabling and connections
Full instructions for installation, and setting app and controlling camera on your mobile device.
